Flooring Preparation
Latex Screed
We use high-quality water-based, two-part, and fibre-reinforced latex screeds, carefully chosen to suit the specific needs of your subfloor. This creates a smooth, level surface that’s ideal for a flawless flooring installation.
Ply board
We supply and professionally install 4mm, 6mm and 9mm plyboard underlayment, providing a smooth, stable and strong subfloor over wood floor such as floorboards.
Damp Proof Membrane
We install professional damp proof membranes (DPM) when a structural membrane is missing or ineffective. This protective layer safeguards your new flooring against rising damp and residual construction moisture, ensuring long-lasting durability.
Primer
We apply professional flooring primers to enhance the bond between the screed and the subfloor. This crucial step improves adhesion, prevents issues, and ensures a stronger, longer-lasting flooring finish.
